Positive: Beautiful place, can't stress that enough. Brownies were a great touch. Size was perfect for the 7 of us, brownies were a delicious welcome suprise, beds comfortable, would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves looking for accommodation this part of the UK in the future. Hot tub looked nice and clean but we didn't have the time to use it as we stayed for just a couple nights.
Negative: Arrival instructions could be better. There is no reception but instructions clearly said to pick-up the keys there. Had to get them from a key safe, took a bit of searching (we arrived after dark). Not a big issue at all. More signage (or bigger) clearly pointing you to the correct place. Arriving after a long drive probably made it more difficult that it actually would've been.
Summary: Fantastic, spacious, warm. I want to live there!

Positive: We appreciated that the kitchen was well appointed with all necessary tools and utensils. We had a comfortable family supper and mild weather allowed us to enjoy the hot tub in the evening.
Negative: Water from both showers ran across the bathroom floors. This has obviously been an issue for some time as the bathroom furniture and bathroom door had signs of water damage and resulted in a damp smell. We had to use our towels to cope with the excess water.
Summary: Apart from the shower issues we had a lovely time.
